Crossley Street Surgery is a five-partner, semi-rural practice, set in the attractive market town of Wetherby. The practice serves 11,000 patients from modern purpose-built premises with all the usual facilities for contemporary General Practice. There is a comprehensive Primary Health Care Team and also many other added facilities, both NHS and private. The practice is a local provider for joint injections. Private on-site facilities include Physiotherapy. These are all in addition to the regular disease management clinics.

The practice operates under a Personal Medical Services contract with NHS Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group.

The practice is fully computerised and paperlight accredited.
