Crossley Street Surgery is a five-partner, semi-rural practice, set in the attractive market town of Wetherby. The practice serves 11,000 patients and is housed in modern purpose-built premises with all the usual facilities for contemporary General Practice, including wheelchair access and a lift. There is a comprehensive Primary Health Care Team and also many other added facilities both NHS and private. The practice is a local provider for joint injections. Private on-site facilities include Physiotherapy. These are all in addition to the regular disease management clinics.

The practice operates under a Personal Medical Services contract with NHS England.

The practice is fully computerised and paperlight accredited. The practice is not a limited partnership.
